MethodMaths Upload blocked

Hi all,

 

The school has just signed up to MethodMaths for teaching and exam revision. The problem I am seeing is that students can download the papers, but they cannot upload them. They select their paper and click 'Send the file', but the loading icon just stays on.

 

We are with SWGFL I have unfiltered the website as well as the DNS and IP addresses that it suggests on the technicians page of the site, but it is not uploading the excel file. It does work ok when I use the staffproxy, but if I go through normally I get issues.

 

Am I missing something?

 

If there is anyone out there that has got this working any advice would be greatly appreciated.
