"Object Reference" error after going from 9.0 to 9.7 in MyFiles

Fresh install of 9.0 worked fine. Uploaded to 9.7 (replacing only the files included in the 9.7 zip), to be greeted with internal server error popup on the landing screen and an error page when going to MyFiles:

 

Server Error in '/hap' Application.

Line 78 is highlighted red. Have deleted the config file and rerun the setup creating a new config but this hasn't resolved it.

Looks like you're missing the updated App_LocalResources folder from the v9.7 update, double check that's been updated, it looks like a localized string or help file is missing

I could have sworn i'd updated all the files! I hadn't updated the strings.xml file, so doing this resolves the issue with this error page though retains the popup of "Internal Server Error" and thus the MyFiles area is still inaccessible. Have checked the other files again and it was just this one that had been overlooked.

 

Unfortunately with the popup, it doesn't give any clarity what the error is or where it's coming from. Is there a HAP-specific error log anywhere?
