Create Reminder Application

Hi all

Am trying create an asp.net web application using visual basic language. In my application I will use staff leaves database which will be cooperated with an outlook calender. The idea that I want to do it is when I accessed the outlook, the data of all staff leaves should be shown as a reminder message on the outlook calender.

Is there a way?
