I use this program extensively for my Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6C1TNH84wt8 and it's free . It is called Super© , and I find that encoding lengthy videos in H264 format is excellent for Youtube using this freebie . It's available here http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
