To stop / redirect folder creation

I have a couple of staff who use google drive and have downloaded the drive sync which I have no problem with however my problem is is greates a local folder on their profile which causes huge delays in login time. Any thoughts how to redirect that folder rather than automating its deletion?

Redirecting it to their home directory is most likly number one option.

If it's the standard one (C:\Users\name\Google Drive (thus mapped to profile etc) it's an option when you do the install, just need to pick advanced setup unless it's changed recently.

 

If you do standard install it just picks that one.
