IIS Complete Certficate Request

I have a Comodo certificate to apply to our Remote Web Access server as part of Server 2012 Remote Desktop services.

On Complete Certificate Request in Server Certificates window the certificate displays OK. HOWEVER when I either refresh the screen or go to the bindings the certificate disappears! Technet not much help. Anyone had this and resolved? Thanks.

Requested a replacement certificate from Comodo and that has worked! Why didn't the first one? Onwards and upwards...
