[wanted] DDR2 RAM

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has a stash of DDR2 memory modules going spare that aren't being used? Trying to recycle a couple of our older machines to use for digital signage and need to beef them up a bit. Hoping for DDR2 800 but 667 would also do the trick.

I have some 512mb SODIMM DDR2 knocking about... [PC5300/667 mhz]

 

Le EDIT: I also have 2 sticks of 512mb DDR2 DIMM and 2 unknown sticks of not-DDR2. [Plus 1GB sticks of DDR2 that I may or may not need.]
