Hi,

Im after a few pointers if thats possible?

I need to create a Local User (non domain) which is a Local Administrator of a given machine.

I have a 2008R2 DC and I can restrict the scope of the GPO by means of a filtered group - thats fine, but i could do with some information on how to set the Domain GPO up as this particular challenge doesnt seem that intuitive to me.

Essentially, someone has bought a noddy piece of software which will only run as a local administrator. However, our existing domain policies will remove any manually added items configured locally on the device.

Cheers

Thanks fella. I was on the right track, but rather than simply typing in the required local username, i was searching the domain button, hence my boggle!

Thanks again
