mattysmith80 Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 Hi, I'm after some advice on the web based version of Office 365... If in outlook you can start typing a name and it brings up suggestions, normally if you have emailed them before. So say that persons address changes you can normally click the cross and remove it so you don't end up sending email to a duff address... So in the web app it brings up the suggested contact but only allows you to send to it, no cross to remove it for Showing again. Do I need to be look elsewhere to sort this or is this a feature ? Thanks Matty
AngryTechnician Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 (edited) I know exactly what you mean - it's the same in Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2010. If it works like 2010 does, you can use the up/down arrow keys to highlight the suggestion when it pops up, then press Del on the keyboard. Edited November 9, 2013 by AngryTechnician
plexer Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 You can do exactly what my angry friend describes to remove duff addresses from the web app in office 365. Ben
