exchange 2010 and outlook 2010

Hi All,

 

got an issue here with a handfull of users when they launch outlook it asks for their password again.

 

iv cleared the creduntrals manager for the users and it goes for a bit then comes back

 

what could this be down to?

Is autodiscover working correctly? Test that.

 

Check the connection status and see what that shows?
