ntuser.dat,man files

What do the ntuser.man files contain? I have one user with an ntuser.man file of 720K and another witha size of 2.5Mb. Can't see why the users should be so different. Could I just delete the problem large one and would it just create a new one at next log on?

.man files should not change size only .dat ones should. .dat ones will hold registry settings for the user. The more they mess with stuff the bigger it will get potentially.
