Moodle - Bulk import to update users problem - Please Help

Hi

 

I need to update a number of users on our moodle site. Normally i have been able to import a csv and choose the "update existing users only". But each time i import the csv it says that the user does not exist?

 

I tried exporting the users filling in the missing field in the export and re-importing that but still comes up with the same issue.

 

Anyone had a similar issue or any ideas?
