You will provide technical support to users, manage a team of helpdesk assistants, including training, guidance and support and deputise in the absence of the IT Manager. Additionally you will be able to install, configure, deploy and maintain hardware and virtual server instances, as well as overseeing the security of the IT estate. If you have experience of working within an IT environment, knowledge of a wide range of computer systems, software applications, hardware, networking, and communications and have the ability to prioritise workload, working to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a flexible approach to the demands of users we would like to hear from you.
