RogerCorrigan Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 I've tried to open the SOLUS 3 agent installers manually and both times they say: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"
glen_j Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 is this one one machine or several? have you tried re exporting the installers just in case they're corrupt?
