E-learning Support Engineer - £24-£30k - East London

Leading Further Education College based in a prestigious South East London location requires an experienced VLE/virtual learning support engineer with strong customer service experience and the ability to communicate with users across campus. You will be expected to provide 1st and 2nd line with the product Moodle within the information services team including working with audio visual technologies like 3d modelling, 2d design, CAD post production, sound design etc. A strong background in in assisting teaching and learning from an IT support prospective would be extremely advantageous as would knowledge of Mac OS, Windows technologies and office.
