PacketFence not showing Portal

I have setup a PacketFence server and I can login to manage it, but I am unable to access the captive portal page or even the pre-registraiton page. Can someone point me in the correct direction as to why these pages are not loading? I have all of the services running and the following network infromatin:

 

Management - 10.0.1.160 /21

Isolation - 10.0.74.1 /21

Registration - 10.0.146.1 /21
