Maxitout Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 (edited) First off I want to say how much I love this application and everyone that has worked on it has my personal thanks. Way cool work. Just a couple things I can not figure out though. I can make a Help Desk ticket. But the Assign to: or Ticket For: is Blank and there is no one to select. I can't figure out how to add people. (techs) Also When I try to update a ticket I get this error "Index was outside the bounds of the array." Any help would be great. Using Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7 and HAP version 9.5 Edited October 2, 2013 by Maxitout
nickbro Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 The assign to box works on ppl in the Domain Admins Group. The other lists are populated from the AD OU's that are setup in the HAPConfig page
Maxitout Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 Well I must have done something wrong then. What line in the HAPConfig page? can you provide an example? change the names to protect the innocent =) ...
Maxitout Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 That was it. I never added "user Selection" I did not know what it meant, so I left it alone. And thus I had no list to pull from. THANK YOU !!!!Again this is a wonderful product and project and I want to make sure you know I appreciate your time.
Maxitout Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 Sorry Spoke to soon. That fixed the "Ticket For" but the Assigned to is still blank... any suggestions?
Maxitout Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 I am also getting this error when I try to make a new ticket. But it still seems to make the ticket and sends out the "Make aware" email.
