IT Support Officer | Barton Peveril

 

We are seeking a support officer to take responsibility for our IT Helpdesk, monitoring and prioritising helpdesk requests and allocating cases to the IT team as well as providing first-line support to all users. You will be responsible for the administration of the inventory of all IT and AV equipment, processing orders, tracking loan equipment and tracking licensing.

 

Applicants should have good administrative skills and the ability to quickly become efficient with the variety of different IT applications used in an educational context. You will need to be dependable, hard working and able to work independently on your own initiative.
