[sims] Marksheet for Multiple Teachers

Hi All,

 

I have created a marksheet for my year 7 maths classes. Some of the classes have multiple teachers who need access to this marksheet.

 

Previously the other teachers have automatically had accesss to the marksheet, but for some reason only the lead teacher is able to access the marksheets! Have I done something wrong when creating or is there another problem that I have not thought of?

Marksheets are assigned to classes, not staff. Provided the multiple tick box is checked in the panel where you assign templates to classes (you can't alter it there oddly enough) then all teachers for the class should get access to the marksheet. This is determined at timetable level by assigning teachers to a particular class in your timetabling software.

That is the weird thing, the teacher is assigned to the class, and the multiple tick box is checked!

It's definitely a class marksheet that was made not a course one?

Does it say 1314 after the group name in the panel 3 of the template details?

If you go to focus | assessment | marksheet entry and scroll down to the teacher's name, they don't have it listed there ? (i'm guessing this is the case, just checking.)

I'd say check if the class has kids, but if one person can see it then it should do.

Was the extra teacher recently added?
