Hi

 

Please can somebody help me. When we configure RRC we have to put the port in for all staff on the tutor console. Can we do this on per computer not via the user?

I work for NetSupport although we do not support Ranger Remote control directly if you do still have a problem please PM me and I will help you.

 

There are a number of ways to do this so best to understand your environment so I can suggest the easiest way.
