Joomla 3.1.5 breaks the admin menus in Chrome

Has anyone else found this? I upgraded ours this morning from 3.0.3 to 3.1.5 (the latest) and now the article management menus don't appear until you scroll the page, and when they do appear, they are vertical rather than horizontal. This only happens in Chrome, which is damn annoying, as generally the JCE editor works best in Chrome. I've posted the same question on the Joomla forums, so I'll report back if I get an answer. In the meanwhile, if anybody has ideas as how to get this to work in Chrome, I'd be grateful. We have the latest version of Chrome.

A known problem apparently. Clearing the cache and dropping cookies fixes it.
