Hi,

Just installed Spiceworks to monitor printers. The problem i have is Ricoh has decided that under 20% their printer return 'some remaining' instead of a number. Another it 40% then 'some remaining'

Spiceworks doesnt like this as its not a number and doesnt return a error.

Would like it to email us when it reaches 10% so we can drop another in ready for them to change.

I've seen Ricoh do their own software but theres no email settings and it would get confusing just seeing a list of printers with low toners.

Any ideas how to make spiceworks deal with this or another app to do the job?

Thanks
