Merak ios 7 issues

So I have 30 ipads I had on Lightspeed MDM BUT Lightspeed is not ios 7 ready , so I decide to give Merak try. I have all the push stuff set up right and I added the profile with the apple configurator . I added the Tag cart 1 to the ipads in carts one and applied the profile . Only about 13 out of 30 picked up the Merak restrictions profile. They all have Merak MDM profile installed ( just not the MDM profile that has the restrictions ) . All in the Same cart made with the same image. They couldn't be more identical . Any ideas?

Lightspeed MDM will still operate with iOS7 devices, it just does not have the new iOS7 profile features.

 

The new Lightspeed MDM version will be released this week with the new features for iOS7. Contact your in country support guys or RSM for more info, and to get upgraded to the new site.
