ExamQuest OCR Science software question - Long Shot

Hi Guys,

 

Bit of a longshot but we run an old examquest package (ExamQuest OCR GCSE Chemistry B) but recently the printing option has just greyed out and staff cannot print from it. In the print settings they show the printers fine but you just cannot print.

 

Anyone ever experienced the same issue?

Does it matter which is the default printer? I know it sounds odd but we used to have an application that would print preview only if a particular printer was selected.....
