HP Thin Clients (T610) with smart repsonse units

Hi, I know the official line from Smart is they are not supported. However... I did have it working at some point but I don't seem to have much luck at the moment. This is the setup so far,

 

1) XP 2009 Thin Client

2) Smart Response Driver is installed on thin client

3) Software and Driver is installed on Win7 32bit VDI image

4) The unit does not active, the light says red for some reason.

 

Any thoughts or ideas would be welcomed.
