Reporting to the ICT Manager, the Technician Manager (Assistant Network) will have responsibility for providing support and maintenance of the ICT network to the whole school.

 

The main responsibilities include managing workload of a small team of ICT Technicians, ensuring support requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, monitoring and updating the network infrastructure. The role requires the individual to work with staff and pupils and therefore good communication skills are an important element to the job role
