Exchange 2010 password complexity question

Hello all,

Running Exchange 2010 SP2 and have just enabled users with OWA to be able to change expired passwords however.... Our password policy domain wide is at least 8 characters long and to include at least one number, at least one capitalised letter but the OWA insists on the user including a symbol too.

Is this just "the exchange way" or can it be edited at all?

all sorted now. Seems after about 15 minutes it self sorted its self somehow. As soon as I performed the IIS reset I tried and that's when I had the problem.

that would most likely be replication and gpo procee in the background.
