[sims] Behaviour Managment Report

Hi all,

 

I have been trying to create a report in SIMS which will bring up a list of students who received 0 behaviour points during the previous academic year.

 

Every time I try to get the report to run I get the error message: Transaction (Process ID 81) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

 

Anybody have any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

Sounds like a memory problem - try filtering it on year group and running a year at a time

I tried that, even tried 1 form group at a time (Form group only has 17 students in it!) and that didn't work! I have only managed to get it to work when I search for an individual student, but that kind of defeats the object of the report really!

Which report focus are you using? Does your report contain any subreports?

Have attached a screen print of the fields I am using. If you can see what I am doing wrong then please let me know!

Try taking out the totals you don't need initially.

You could also try the behaviour or conduct focus.
