Win 7, IE 10, Flash sites

This is driving me mad.

 

Any site with flash heavy content has a massive chunk of empty white space at the top of the page you have to scroll down through.

 

I've gone through all the internet options in GPP I can think of and it still will not resolve.

I've rolled out IE10 on Windows 7, not seen these problems... yet!

Can you give an example site? What version of Flash? Etc?
