[ms office - 2010] Student homework reminders in Outlook

I want to create a student homework update reminder in outlook.

 

I have all the pupils in each class in distribution groups (alot of lists) - this is automatically updated each night.

 

Ideally I want teachers to send an invite to the dist group and an entry in Outlook be created for this event.

- They should not be able to delete this event

- It should auto accept as well.

 

Any thoughts would be appriciated.
