burgemaster Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 Since we have upgraded to Office 2013, when a user attempts to print a document in colour, they goto print and then tick colour..... The server/printer ignores this and prints in mono. If users want to print in colour they have to click "Printer Properties" and choose colour from within the driver. Has anyone found a way to make the server honour the office selected options? Another option for us is to add two maps to the one printer, one mono and colour but I would rather have it sorted! Thankyou!!
