ptotham Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 I have a wide range of laptops and pcs on site and have just stated using the youtube edu but when I play a video on my HP 7900s youtube errors after a few seconds and wont play the video but works fine on all my other machines, I have checked I have the latest graphic drivers and flash and it still wont play, its not polices as I have log on as admin user and it still wont play, any suggestion?
pjhunt Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 Hello there we had this problem, it turned out to be if there is no audio device attached to computer (red x over speaker in the bottom corner), the YouTube videos will not play. 3

free780 Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Its if you use the default Windows 7 High Definition Audio driver. You need to update the drivers.
