Twitter user management

Rather than having users with all the power why doesn't twitter provide a business portal for us to manage our company tweeters?

They've left that to subscription services like hoot suite I think.

Does that give you central management of accounts?

 

I think having a central management console would be good that way you're not relying on an individual user to setup their own corporate twitter account and then if they leave you can revoke their access.
