issue with outlook and exchange 2010

Hi All,

 

Having an issue where users are getting a message saying "Outlook it trying to retrieve data from the microsoft exchange server "myexchange.local" I cant understand why because the exchange is up and running and I cannot see anything in the logs to suggest it is loosing connectivity.

 

We have exchange 2010 - 2 CA servers and 3 Mailbox servers. The error we are seeing is on outlook 2003 clients.

We've always found 2003 outlook to be a royal pain with 2010 exchange
