I need to know ALL the Compatible file systems for Windows 7 not just the one on which the OS is installed, however I have no idea where I would find the information.

Do you mean file systems that can be read natively by W7 or that W7 can be installed on?

Windows 7 must be installed on a drive formatted with NTFS, but the OS can read NTFS, ExFAT, FAT32, FAT and UDF file-systems.
