Senior ICT Technician- Suffolk- £19-£22k

Senior ICT Technician required for a great private company to continue to develop and provide an excellent managed service supporting IT in Suffolk. Based in a large newly built 6 form you will be required to provide first and second line technical support, diagnostic and repair remotely and face to face. Good knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems, Active Directory and group policy is essential. Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANS is desirable along with any experience managing junior staff.

Isn't this Suffolk One? Might be worth stating it's in Ipswich, rather then just the county and that you'd need to know about Macs - just a thought.

Hi Matt,

Its not traditional for us to broadcast the exact details of our clients for purely commercial reason so i cant comment on which school it is.

However as i understand from the spec Mac knowledge is not an essential requirement in this position and to get the greatest response we would leave all non essential technologies out of the advert but thanks for your comments.
