Rawns Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 (edited) This applies to new installs of Discover from Summer onwards! Previously installing Discover via SOLUS3 or manually with the installers, the physical database file names were called Discover.mdf and Discover.ldf. With the summer installer, Microsoft have changed the default naming of physical data files with the SQL Server 2012 Data Tools. This means that if you install Discover, the database files are now called Discover_Primary.mdf and Discover_Primary.ldf. If you back up files based on specific name, be sure to check the physical names of your database files. There is a fix onthe SupportNet thread about this which you can access here (hopefully): http://support.capitaes.co.uk/newforum/main.asp?params=%95%9E%A1%9B%A0%A6%C8%A0%B0%A2%A4%B4%A9%8E%F1%97%C6%D1%DE%D9%DC%E6%DE%A4%DC%D5# Edited August 1, 2013 by Rawns 1
Drenlin Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Capita have just informed me that this will be fixed in the Autumn 2013 Release.
