NTBackup doesn't seem to have a "Run Now" cmd

I have an exchnage backup scheduled daily in NTBackup...

 

But I see it hasn't been running.. .

 

How doI do a run now with the scheduled Job in the calendar.. (like in Backup exec has a run now cmd)

Whenever I set up a scheduled job in the NTBackup GUI, it is shown in the scheduled tasks folder, then it's a right click and "run"

There is a calendar with the daily scheduled jobs...there seems to be no right click function

Sorry, I meant the windows scheduled task folder, not the one in NTbackup.
