Can't Access share

I'm trying to set up a new server and I've hit an issue with file shares. I've created the server with two partitions.

 

I can create and access shares for folders on the C: drive no problems on the server and from another PC. I can create shares for folders on the E: drive and access them from the server (\\server\share). However every time I try and access a share on the e: drive from another PC it gives me an access denied message. I'm using a domain admin account and as far as I can see the share and folder permissions are all OK.

 

So... why? help!

Finally found it.

Its more issues between esxi and win 2012.
