Locking down Windows 7 workstations and laptops for Students. Best Practices?

Evening All,

Just built our first batch of Windows 7 Desktops. I've not really had much experience with Group Policy before and am looking to create some policies to lock down the new Winows 7 machines.

Could anyone recommend any decent resources or best practice guides to locking down workstations for Students?

Thanks in advance,

As long as users log on with normal i.e restricted accounts and are not administrators on the machine I wouldn't worry too much.
