Groupcall Messenger

Is anyone using Groupcall Messenger? If so, does it 'automatically' synch with SIMS or does the cool have to regularly extract it?

It runs as a service on the SIMS database server and automatically extracts data at scheduled times.

It is v.quick though and occurs quite frequently. Also can be user initiated if required.
