Rawns Posted July 16, 2013 Posted July 16, 2013 (edited) SOLUS3 has done it again. Got a large secondary with 200 devices listed in the SIMS Client channel. The SIMS Summer 2013 upgrade went out yesterday evening and installed against a third of their devices. The other devices all sit there online and the last message revived was "Successfully downloaded update". The upgrade task still shows as "In progress" which means I can't re-deploy to these devices as I don't have a successful/partially successful upgrade. If I push out the full SIMS Summer 2013 package, it just sits there with a status of scheduled. How can I force this existing deployment to change status to "failed" so I can re-deploy? Rawns Posted July 16, 2013 Author Posted July 16, 2013 Done it. Stopped the "Deployment Service" service for 5 minutes and it forced it to 'fail'. Redeploying now, hopefully it will mop up the outdated machines!
