Adding 2003 server to 2008 active directory as additional domain controller

I Have domain controller with forest level of 200 R2, and we want to add 2003 server as addition domain controller ...

If the Forest level is 2008 R2, you can't add 2003 as a DC.

 

The only options are if you have a backup of the 2008 R2 DC System State with a Forest level of 2003, only make the 2003 server a member server or put in place a second 2008 R2/2012 DC.

To reiterate, all domain controllers in the forest must run the version of windows server that corresponds to the forest functional level value or a later version

You can't lower the forest level, well you can from 2008 R2 to 2008 but that won't help you.
