Collected my two new pairs of specks from Specsavers earlier today. My strength has changed so I'm not too sure what I should be doing with my old pairs. Suggestions?

Keep them as spares, preferably in your car. Will realise why when you eventually need to reach for them. ;)

Visionaid - has a handy map to find your local recycling point:

Find out where you can recycle your spectacles with Vision Aid Overseas. Did you know that 10% of the world's population are disabled because they don't have spectacles? We desperately need your support.

Oops didn't read the previous post properly - duplicate link... I'd better clean my glasses :D

I keep them. I have an pair in the shed, which I use when I'm playing with the welder, a pair upstairs on my computer desk at home, a pair downstairs at home (I'm too lazy to carry the pair upstairs, downstairs), a pair in my desk at work (in case I leave my normal ones at home) and then the pair that I actually wear!

Actually, keeping a pair in work is not a bad shout. :)
