Fronter performance issues..

Hi

 

has anyone experienced performance issues with Fronter in the last few weeks since they changed their external public facing IP addresses?

 

Seems to be unresponsive and timeouts occasionally.

 

I've tried adding external IPs to firewall as recommended, but not really got anywhere else

 

Any other experiences/help would be much appreciated.

It's always slow.

It's been fine for us, up to last week. We've been using it for the whole year without issue.

Just recently since they shifted external IPs, it's become sketchy. It's definately something I need to do with our firewall, as it works perfectly from home and refreshes very quickly indeed.
