dvd question

prob a silly question but here goes. I've made an iso image of a dvd I've got . I'm not sure of the format of said DVD. I've tried to burn the image onto a known DVD+RW and it asks for a DVD- . I've then tried to burn the image back onto the dvd (which i know is a rw) and it again asks for aa DVD+rw.

 

can anyone fill me in on what i'm missing!.
