Exporting certificate to PFX

I've just renewed our domain ssl cert, and installed it on our OWA site for email. But as this goes through TMG it also needs to be installed on the listener. However when you import the certificate onto TMG it doesn't appear in the list of certificates and I remember from somewhere it has to have the private key as well. So I tried to export it from the OWA site, but the option to export the private key is greyed out.

 

Does this mean my certificate provider has blocked this, or am I doing something else wrong? Its been a few years since I did this!

Sorted. Remade a .pfx file using the private key and crt file using openssl. Imported that and job done!
