[sims] Applytime table error

Hi all,

 

Trying to set-up the new timetable for next year, and everytime I go through the following seqence I just get an error

 

The route is:

- Tools

- Acedemic Management

- Apply Timetable

 

It won't even load the screen I just get "An error occurred whilst attempting to launch the Apply timetable routine"

 

Anyone had anything similar? I have sent a copy of our database to capita for review today, but they say it might have to go back to the developers which I imagine will take some time.

Just a couple of stabs in the dark.

Try running as Admin on the PC and will a full rights sims user.

run update course memberships, validate memberships and dbdiagnostics, then try again.

Note the validate memberships routine can take an inordinate amount of time and freeze sims for other users.
