Name on Start Menu - Redirect to Home Drive?

Hi.

 

We have roaming profiles and all works fine but a slightly fustrating feature is that when you click the name on the start menu it redirects to c:\users

 

Is it possible to redirect this to the Homedrive folder instead?

but maybe redirect My Docs to %homeshare%%homepath%
