Anybody know if I can import these from anywhere, we have no link with our LEA so cant get them from there, or is it something I have to do myself ???

Have to do it yourself. LA will dictate what they are normally which is why they provide a file to import to ensure it's entered correctly, however if you're not following your LA setup, your on your own. You can get one for just NI stuff, but I doubt Capita will provide this.
